01. Service Architecture IP

The NyanPasu Neural Interface, including its unique algorithms, UI heuristics, and neural synthesis logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of NyanPasu. Unauthorized replication of the interface or its underlying logic is strictly prohibited.

02. Synthesis Ownership

Ownership of artifacts synthesized through our models is determined by the operator's clearance level:

• Standard Interface: Artifacts are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. NyanPasu retains the right to use these for model optimization.
• Elite & Studio Interface: Operator receives full commercial title over all synthesis results. No attribution required for commercial distribution.

03. Input Integrity

By providing prompts or reference assets to the system, you represent that:

• You hold the necessary clearance or rights for the input data.
• The input does not infringe upon third-party intellectual domains.
• You grant NyanPasu a temporary processing license to execute the synthesis.

We respect the intellectual domains of others. If you believe artifacts synthesized via our system infringe upon your copyright, initiate the following signal:

05. Model Training Opt-Out

By default, synthesis telemetry helps calibrate the neural engine. Users who wish to isolate their artifacts from the training pool may do so in the System Configuration menu.
