Protocol Terms

01. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing and utilizing the NyanPasu Neural Interface ("the Service"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the directives and provisions of this agreement. Access to our neural synthesis tools is conditional upon your compliance with these terms.

02. Neural Access License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a digital access license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source algorithms from the Service.
• Use automated scripts (bots) to scrape or bypass generation limits.
• Modify, copy, or redistribute the internal model architectures.
• Remove any cryptographic signatures or proprietary notations from generated materials.

03. AI-Generated Output

All content synthesized through our neural models is subject to the following protocol:

• Standard Tier: Retain limited personal usage rights. Commercial exploitation is prohibited.
• Elite & Studio Tiers: Receive full commercial clearance for all generated artifacts.
• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated content adheres to regional and international legal frameworks.

04. Neural Credits & Billing

Computational credits are consumed per synthesis request. Credit balance is non-transferable and may be subject to expiration based on your active subscription cycle. Refunds are processed exclusively via secure encrypted channels on a case-by-case basis.

05. Restricted Operations

Users are strictly prohibited from using the neural interface to:

• Synthesize illegal, harmful, or psychologically damaging content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of any biological or digital entity.
• Conduct harassment, data-mining, or systemic abuse.
• Impersonate core system administrators or other users.

06. Connection Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your neural access immediately, without prior notification or liability, for any breach of protocol. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease instantly.

07. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NyanPasu or its neural architects be liable for any collateral damages arising out of the performance or failure of the synthesis engine.
